SFDC Business Systems Analyst, Devices and Services Systems

Job description

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience designing and implementing finance or sales systems. 3 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

Preferred qualifications

Has one or more of the following certificates: Salesforce Developer certification, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist Certification, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant Certification. Experience designing and implementing SFDC solutions in SalesCloud leveraging AgentForce and DataCloud. Experience with Salesforce development, administration, system integrations and bug fixes. Knowledge of general IT solutions and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Understanding of Angular development within the SFDC platform to inform functional design and specifications. Effective technical, problem resolution and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
