Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company. Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Preferred qualifications

Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools. Experience in strategy, operations, product management, or a customer-facing technical advisory, leadership role within high-growth enterprise tech, cloud environments. Track record of driving complex initiatives from ambiguity to completion with a strong bias for action. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders without direct authority.

As Data Cloud accelerates its growth and scales rapidly, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Strategy and Operations Principal to act as a crucial force-multiplier and strategic advisor to the Data Cloud leadership.

In this high-impact role, you will be deeply immersed in our business operating rhythm, serving as the connective tissue between our customers, field organizations, and the Product/Engineering teams. You possess a unique blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, and execution rigor. You will spend significant time engaging with key customers and field leaders, translating nuanced product gaps and customer pain points into actionable insights for Product Management and Engineering.
