info_outline About the job The mission of the International Reporting and Governance team (IRG) is to serve as a critical controllership partner for LACA region, driving financial excellence, process resilience, and robust governance. The team ensures the absolute integrity, timeliness, and efficiency of financial reporting and cross-entity accounting operations, while actively partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., global tax, treasury, etc), and business leaders to support regional growth and compliance.

The position entails full ownership and accountability for the accuracy and effectiveness of critical controllership processes. It also drives scalability through continuous process optimization, automation, and the elimination of manual tasks. This role provides substantial support to the global team and regional Controllership, fostering excellence through active participation in high-impact, cross-functional projects.
