Client Relations Associate (on behalf of ABC Factors S.A.)

Job description

ABC Factors S.A., a subsidiary of Alpha Bank Group, is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join its Customer Operations team. As a Client Relations Associate, you will contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of services to clients, supporting the administration of client portfolios and assisting with the resolution of service-related issues. Your role is essential in ensuring high-quality client servicing, data integrity, and compliance with internal procedures.

What you will be doing

• Apply internal procedures for managing assigned client portfolios
• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client services in line with service standards
• Gather and process client-related data to support portfolio management activities
• Prepare standard documents and reports in support of client proposals and servicing
• Communicate with internal teams to follow up on client requests and assist in resolving operational issues
• Track and manage internal deadlines to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Monitor client balances and prepare recommendations for debt adjustments as needed
• Evaluate client portfolios quarterly and prepare proposals for potential impairments What you need to have A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration A Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred) Up to three (3) years of working experience in factoring or financial client servicing
• Knowledge of credit assessment, factoring services, and credit risk analysis
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills Sound financial analysis and decision-making capabilities
