Job Summary

Claims Specialist Claims Services Claims Assessment & Processing Claims Settlement Claims Dispute Resolution

Key Responsibilities

Assess quantum of claims. Conduct negotiation on claims settlement. Identify potential fraud claims through system and manual triggers. Review policy liability. Attend to claims queries from customers, third parties, agents, brokers, branches, and claims hubs. Obtain necessary claims documents from insured parties, solicitors, underwriters, agents, brokers, etc. Assess claims based on supporting documents/reports, such as medical, police, survey, and sketch plans.

Offer settlement to workshops, third parties, and insured parties. Conduct investigations and mediate complaints with resolutions.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any related field. Working experience in OD claims processing is preferred. Experience in OD loss adjusting and car repair shop will be advantageous. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Good communication and writing skills.
