Job Summary

In charge for policy servicing (Financial and Non-Financial) request and policy benefits requests.

Key Responsibilities

To ensure delivery of quality customer service and achievement of service standard To assess Reinstatement and policy changes requests (financial and non-financial) and policy benefits requests. To assist in assessment on substandard cases and ensure that proper risk assessment is done To ensure the deferment issue on time and resolve all deferments on time Ensure compliance of Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA 2013), SOPs, guidelines and policies issued by relevant bodies; to ensure SOPs are updated and minimum non-conformities for all audits To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Operations, Policy Servicing, Underwriting, or related functions. Strong knowledge of policy administration, reinstatement processing, and policy benefit servicing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service standards.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FSA 2013, Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines, and internal compliance standards. Good communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
