This program provides a structured introduction to Allianz Malaysia, our customer-focused approach, and the opportunities for a career with Allianz for those with an entrepreneurial mindset. Program Highlights Exposure to two fast‑paced career pathways within Allianz Malaysia Hands‑on learning sessions with industry practitioners Direct insights into sales, customer engagement, and advisory work Networking opportunities with leaders from both the Direct Team and Agency force Interview and selection session on the final day Career Opportunities After the Program Successful participants may be offered positions in: Allianz Life Changer The designated pathway requires strong people skills, resilience, and the motivation to build a client-focused career.
