Reimagine What’s Possible Key Responsibilities

Monitor fleet performance, vehicle maintenance, repairs, and defect resolution to minimize operational disruptions. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery operations, accident/breakdown management, and customer complaint resolution. Conduct vendor performance reviews, audits, KPI tracking, and SLA compliance monitoring, including penalty administration where applicable. Oversee fleet availability, fuel efficiency, trip documentation, billing accuracy, permits, and regulatory compliance.

Support driver management initiatives, including training, safety programs, working-hours compliance, and performance monitoring. Ensure adherence to EH&S standards, BSP requirements, company policies, and customer operational procedures. Participate in customer meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Success in this role will be measured by

Safe and uninterrupted fleet operations. Strong vendor performance and SLA compliance. Effective cost, compliance, and safety management. Achievement of fleet safety targets, including zero injuries and VAFR objectives.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Degree Holder Five years similar working experience preferred.
