Job Responsibilities

Process all Life / Accident and Health (A&H) / Major Claims / Corporate Solutions (CS)/ Pre Approval (PA) claims requests received as per stipulated requirements. Evaluate and collect all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system. Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and efficiency benchmark. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.

Prepares regular reporting to management on metrics relating to business, operations, risk, compliance, workforce, etc. or statutory authorities on regulatory metrics. Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template. Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to resolve data quality. Forward thinker in ensuring all required task and activities are recorded in relevant system accurately and promptly.

Job Requirements

Open to Fresh Graduate, experienced Medical Claims Assessor, experienced from Lab / Nursing / MBBS. A recognized tertiary Diploma / Bachelor in Biology, Biotechnology, and Medical Science, Social Science, Business Management or relevant qualifications. Self-motivated and customer orientated. Time management skills. Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Good dedication at work, good demeanor, willing to learn. Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday).
