Job Description

This position will be responsible for the delivery instruction/mentoring/consulting of employee educational services and/or technical training for neophyte LC, GC, software and basic applications in the CrossLab Education Center in Manesar-Gurgaon. It will work with internal organizations to develop specifications, design and conduct technical training courses for CSO employees.

Principle Duties/Responsibilities

Deliver assigned courses with approved material in classroom lectures, laboratory sessions and remote E-Learning sessions. Partnership with Product Support Teams to improve and develop material Maintain Laboratories and Instruments in good condition. Control assets, consumables and spare parts.

• Maintain expertise in assigned products Mentor Certified Instructors in content and training delivery skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of service experience supporting scientific instruments Has FSE training experience Results orientation / accountability Good communication and soft skills Self-motivated and has good organizational skills Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.
