Job Responsibilities

• Manage salesmen to achieve sales target in terms of volume and revenue in drugstore

Open Trade Channel

• Build business and sustain relationship with key customer(s) and influence decision to drive for win-win results Maximize visibility and POP execution effectiveness Distributor Management, jointly work with distributor to drive business of key customers Co-develop sales strategies and tactics with distributor(s) to drive demand across channels
• Conduct regular review with distributor(s)
• Review capability of distributor(s), assess their business process and drive execution
• Monitor distributor KPI achievement and seek continuous improvement
• Perform forecasting activities to ensure supply Requirements:

Education and Experience

Degree holder in Business or related disciplines

• 7 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, key account and distributor management experience is a plus Proactive, self-driven with strong business acumen Mature and dynamic characters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good at numerical analysis Good command of Microsoft Office Excel, Powerpoint
