JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll partner with Lingo Product, Engineering, Design and Clinical leadership to craft the Lingo product vision and strategy. The best product vision is only as good as what ships to our customers – so your work on exciting new products and features will span inception through to launch. Along the way, you’ll build an in-depth understanding of our customers and their needs, work across the Lingo team, and represent Lingo with Abbott leadership, external partners, and the press.

What You’ll Work On Partner with Product leadership to set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of Lingo Gain an in-depth understanding of our customers and their needs. Use this knowledge to challenge the status quo, find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas to identify and fill product gaps, grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

Partner with Product leadership to establish each feature’s user and business value. Support messaging, communication and customer outreach. Partner with engineers, designers, data science, clinical, marketing and regulatory to realize the product vision Translate the product vision and utilize market and industry knowledge to develop detailed requirements, stories and acceptance criteria. Exercise strong decision making by scoping and prioritizing activities based on customer and business impact.

Define and own end-to-end delivery strategy from inception to production (product features, roadmaps, and OKRs). Meet with stakeholders to regularly review and report on progress, including impediments that need attention.
