Assistant Manager Finance

CA preferred Strong academic background in finance or accounting Working knowledge of Excel and financial reporting

Role Summary

The role is part of the corporate finance consolidation team, supporting P&L reporting, data consolidation, and financial performance tracking. The position requires delivering high-quality, accurate reports, coordinating across stakeholders, and building strong foundational capabilities in financial analysis and reporting. Roles and Responsibilities

P&L Reporting

• Deliver a defined set of recurring reports (10–12 reports) supporting corporate consolidation and financial performance tracking.

Data Consolidation

• Compile and reconcile financial data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and completeness across reporting outputs.

Data Quality Assurance

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of reported data through thorough validation and review.

Variance Support

• Assist in identifying key financial movements and contribute to structured performance explanations.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Engage with cross-functional teams to obtain inputs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure adherence to reporting timelines.

Reporting Discipline

• Maintain compliance with defined reporting standards, timelines, and governance frameworks.

Ad-hoc Support

• Contribute to additional analysis and reporting requirements as needed.

Operational Continuity

• Provide backup support for the Manager role during peak cycles or absence.
