Medical Sales Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as team leader to achieve both the team and individual sales targets of assigned brands and channels. Promo the CGM knowledge and benefits to drive the adaptation & recommendation of the targeted HCPs and hospital accounts.

Support the Head of Sales, Taiwan, (or Country Manager) in managing the salesperson in owned market segment in hospital channel. Manage all hospital sales admin operation and promotion activity in owned market segment and direct accounts. Work closely with internal and external parties for sales operation, inquiries, and coordination. Work closely with Marketing team and execute the marketing plan. Collect market intelligence and feedback to management.

Prepare various daily sales reports.

Skills & Experience

Required:

• University Graduate. Healthcare and/or Science major is preferred, or with solid 5 year sales experience in offline ethical/hospital selling. Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill. Work as a team player yet Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Well command in spoken and written Chinese and English. The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
