This Position reports to: Junior HR Team Lead We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support HR processes for ABB employees in Belgium and the Netherlands . This role offers hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and HR systems within an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions in SAP and Workday
• Support employee lifecycle activities, including employee data maintenance and onboarding-related processes
• Handle and resolve HR-related requests from employees
• Support basic payroll-related activities and administrative processes
• Update and maintain internal HR procedures and documentation
• Ensure accuracy and quality of employee data in HR systems Requirements Active student status Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks Good organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
