## Job description

### Job Summary

Responsible in providing support to the Head of Department and related parties in the Department – sales, administration and management work

### Job Qualifications

Degree or Equivalent and 8 or more years of sales experience in General broking segment Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- To assist the Head of Department in developing and implement marketing strategies and to achieve departmental budget.
- To secure new and renewals account under broker portfolio
- Servicing brokers under portfolio / to assist in claims / handling issues raised by brokers.
- To assist in managing premium collections / monitoring outstanding premium ageing to desired level.
- Execute all sales and marketing related activities and to assist the Head of Department on daily operations and marketing activities.
- To ensure the business portfolio mixed (motor and non-motor) to the desired ratio Competencies Building Trust Collaborate Together Develop & Grow Development You are the heart & soul of Zurich!
