[Apply on Zurich Insurance Group’s careers site →](https://www.careers.zurich.com/job/Kuala-Lumpur-Agency-Development-Head%2C-JB2-&-JB3/1331299057/) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Zurich Insurance Group](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/zurich-insurance-group/) / Agency Development Head, JB2 & JB3 ## Job description Purpose Manages and directs employees in the sale and distribution of Strategic Business Unit products and services to achieve and sustain profitable growth (i.e. writing new business, retaining existing accounts, providing quality service, increasing market share and product mix while operating within Strategic Business Unit guidelines). ### Key Accountabilities - Selects, trains, develops, and coaches team members, assesses their performance, and provides recommendations on other human resource issues (e.g., promotions, transfers, salary administration and terminations) - Manages the sales and service activities of management team to increase new business and retention in all account product offerings - Manages operations for cost efficiency; continuously evaluates opportunities to reduce costs and improve operations; monitors and maintains expenses within approved budget - Manages the Customer Service Index program to ensure results are reported to senior management. To take charge of JB2 & JB3 agency development & oversee agency management. Meeting annual branch agency KPI. Provide support to agency & running & organising branch agency activity/training/recruitment to ensure agency having growth & sustainable business. At Zurich we are proud of our culture.
