Support, manage, develop, implement and deliver the plan via key strategies to aid the overall success of the business. - Resolve complex queries/errors and ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. - Analysis of business performance and results in sales and comparison of results with defined outcomes. - Coordinate, plan and implement measures as well as assisting in projects. - Support the implementation of sales initiatives, networks, events and systems, execute the liaison between the field and internal areas on customers issues and maintaining management data in systems. - Support specific and more complex customer management activities. - Prepare customer reports and other information for key meetings. - Investigate research/analysis around potential business development opportunities. - Carry out tasks, such as the preparation of customer reports, to support the implementation of projects to time and quality standards. - Work with Sales and Distribution teams to ensure effective on-going sales performance. ### Business Accountabilities - Carry out tasks, to support the implementation of projects to time and quality standards. - Monitor and review sales information, updating where necessary in order to identify any anomalies or discrepancies and ensure management has access to up to date and accurate information. - Work with sales teams to ensure effective ongoing sales performance. - Management data is available and used, independently collate and analyze customer and distributor data using predetermined tools, methods and formats and make optimization recommendations. - Assess and evaluate business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement. - Provide specialist advisory support to internal clients on a daily basis, by being focal point of contact, to ensure that there is no misalignment between policy and practice. - Investigate and drive research/analysis around potential business development opportunities. ### Performance Management Accountabilities - Model behaviors that demonstrate commitment to corporate values. - Provide input into performance management discussions of project team members - Educate team members and business partners on area of technical expertise. - Provide guidance and support for team members. -
