## Job description

### Job Qualifications

Required:
- Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Human Resources area
- Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, federal and state employment laws
- Problem diagnosis experience, including organization change management, human capital planning and employee relations
- Facilitation skills
- Basic business acumen that includes general operational processes, financial management and business planning knowledge
- Strong ability to partner and build credibility at all levels
- Strong problem solving skills Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters.
- Translate business strategies into effective HR strategies, programs, and initiatives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance and solutions on employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Drive the implementation of performance management, talent management, and succession planning processes.
- Support workforce planning, manpower analysis, and organizational design initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Address and resolve HR-related issues that may impact employee morale, productivity, and business performance.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
