[Apply on Zurich Insurance Group’s careers site →](https://www.careers.zurich.com/job/Milan-Accident-&-Health-Underwriting-development/1359026057/) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Zurich Insurance Group](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/zurich-insurance-group/) / Accident & Health Underwriting development ## Job description As part of the Underwriting team of Zurich Italia, the selected candidate will operate within the Accident & Health CI structure in an Underwriting Development role, with the primary objective of proactively contributing to the profitable growth of the line of business, in full compliance with the Company’s underwriting guidelines. ### Key responsibilities - Support the team in managing complex cases, fostering collaboration and sharing expertise to ensure high-quality solutions and optimal outcomes for intermediaries/client In alignment with the LoB Manager, define and execute strategic business development initiatives aligned with the Company’s growth and underwriting objectives Support/drive initiatives aimed at achieving profitable growth within the Accident & Health business with a strong focus on Employee Benefits and Affinity solutions - Develop and strengthen partnerships with brokers, corporate clients and affinity partner expanding distribution channels and market presence Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent qualifications; At least - 5 years of experience in the Accident & Health (A&H) field; Strong ability to organize and manage workload effectively; Proactive mindset; Excellent written and spoken Italian and English; Excellent knowledge of the main Microsoft Office applications; Strong team-working skills, results-oriented attitude and decision-making autonomy. ### Location Milan Chi siamo Siamo uno dei principali gruppi assicurativi al mondo e uno dei pochi che opera a livello globale.
