## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责储能系统（工商储或集装箱储能产品）的功能测试、性能测试、联调测试，编写测试用例与测试报告。
- 参与储能项目需求评审，梳理控制逻辑、保护逻辑、通讯协议，制定测试方案与验收标准。
- 执行储能系统并离网切换、充放电策略、限功率、保护停机等场景测试，定位并跟踪问题闭环。
- 负责现场联调与出厂测试，验证系统稳定性、响应速度、数据准确性与安全可靠性。 5.、编写测试文档，包括测试计划、用例、记录、验收报告，支撑项目交付与验证。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上，电气工程、自动化、新能源、电子信息等相关专业，了解储能系统基本原理。
- 熟悉储能系统架构，掌握 PCS、BMS、EMS 等核心部件的功能与测试逻辑。
- 能独立编写测试用例、测试报告，完成功能、性能、安全、并网等相关测试。
- 会使用万用表、示波器、功率分析仪等测试工具，能排查常见软硬件问题。
- 工作严谨细心，有责任心，具备良好的文档撰写与问题沟通能力。
- 接受短期国内外出差者优先。
