## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 深入理解主流DPU架构精通各种网络虚拟化技术，对高性能网络RDMA/IB、DPDK等有深入的了解，具备性能分析和瓶颈识别的能力；

### 熟悉DPU主流应用场景如
- 云原生基础设施、AI/ML训练与推理、高性能计算、5G/边缘计算，具备端到端解决方案设计能力；

### 长期跟踪DPU技术发展趋势，了解行业标准制作动态能够识别技术差距并提出创新解决方案，具备开源社区参与和运作的经验； 任职要求
- 1）计算机科学、电子工程或相关专业硕士及以上学历，8年以上相关领域工作经验​，具备智能网卡（DPU）、网络处理器或高速通信芯片相关系统软件架构设计经验； 2）主导智能网卡在云计算、高性能存储、AI智算场景下的系统架构设计，制定技术路线图； 3）设计和实现超低延迟、高吞吐的 RDMA 协议栈（包括RoCE v2等）的加速方案； 4）主导存储协议（NVMe-oF， 特别是NVMe/TCP与NVMe/RDMA） 在智能网卡上的硬件卸载与加速引擎设计； 5）领导 DPDK/OVS 等数据面在智能网卡上的性能优化、功能定制与稳定性攻关； 6）领导关键技术POC与原型验证，评估新技术（如CXL， 异构计算）在智能网卡中的应用； 7）熟悉主流开源社区贡献，具有社区影响力，担任过SIG组maintainer等重要角色优先；
