## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责 OS 系统中 AI 核心能力规划，包括大模型应用、智能交互、Agent 服务等模块，主导从需求挖掘到产品落地的全生命周期管理；
- 深入分析 OS 系统用户场景与业务需求，结合行业趋势，设计 AI 功能解决方案（如智能助手、场景化服务推荐、多模态交互等），建立数据驱动的迭代机制；
- 联动算法、研发、设计、硬件等跨部门团队，推进 AI 技术难点攻关，确保产品功能落地效果与体验达标，对用户活跃、功能使用率等核心指标负责；
- 调研国内外 OS 及 AI 领域技术动态与竞品策略，挖掘 AI 在 OS 系统中的新场景机会，制定产品技术路线与商业化落地路径；
- 负责 AI 功能的合规性设计，确保产品符合数据安全、个人信息保护等相关法规要求，兼顾用户体验与安全可控。

### 任职要求
- 深度了解终端 OS 系统生态，精通 OS 系统核心功能模块与用户使用场景，对系统体验优化需求演变趋势有个人见解；
- 对 AI 技术在终端 OS 场景的应用潜力有深刻理解与热情，熟悉大模型、智能交互、Agent 等核心 AI 技术的产品化路径；
- 熟练运用数据分析工具和方法，从用户行为、产品表现等数据中提炼洞察，支撑 AI 功能的决策与效果评估；
- 强逻辑思维、跨团队推动力、高效沟通及技术理解力，能快速协同技术团队推进 AI 产品落地。
