## Job description

### 职位职责
- CPO系统电/光互联架构研究，进行系统级建模，定义系统和芯片光电接口技术需求；
- 负责自定义CPO、光器件/仿真/算法、硅光调制、光耦合等关键技术的研究；
- 负责CPO标准化工作，在行业具备技术影响力。

### 职位要求
- 具有光通信或硅光集成方面的技术相关专业背景，硕士及以上学历，3年及以上工作经验；
- 有高速光调制器设计、仿真、流片和测试经历；
- 有CWDM4的设计、仿真、流片和测试经历；
- 有高密度光电集成（异质集成/异构集成）的设计、仿真、流片和测试经历；
- 熟悉光学仿真软件lumerical、Comsol、Matlab等 ；
- 良好的英语听说读写技能；
- 在Top期刊发表相关论文优先。
