## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责BMC软件架构设计。
- 负责BMC相关产品的软件与方案设计，确保满足系统稳定性和性能要求。
- 负责服务器第三方芯片\自研芯片的底层软件架构设计、设备驱动软件的设计与开发。

### 任职要求
- 计算机、电子或相关专业的本科及以上学历，10年以上工作经验；熟悉服务器产品功能特性和软件架构，具备重构BMC软件架构的能力，保证软件的可扩展性和多平台支持能力。
- 熟悉x86/ARM架构；熟悉嵌入式Linux开发，熟练掌握内核模块、文件系统、进程间通信（IPC）等。
- 熟练掌握U-Boot、Linux内核裁剪、设备树（Device Tree）配置等。

### 熟练掌握硬件接口协议
- I2C、SPI/eMMC、UART、SMBus、PCIe等，掌握常用仪表的基础使用，如I2C逻辑分析仪、PCIe协议分析仪、示波器等
- 精通基于 Intel/AMD/Hygon CPU平台的服务器 RAS 特性，包括CPU、内存、PCIE等RAS特性，熟悉带外RAS特性开发。
- 具备MCTP/PLDM/NCSI/SMBus等外购卡协议栈的深度实现能力，能够快速解析外购卡新协议文档与原型开发能力。熟悉主流外购卡厂商（如NVIDIA、Broadcom、Intel）的BMC管理接口设计，能快速对接其技术文档和SDK 。
- 熟悉服务器产品应用场景，能根据竞品分析和市场需求分析提供BMC软件的演进方向和策略。
- 熟悉OpenBMC系统架构，有开发经验者优先，具备互联网客户产品交付经验者优先。
