## Job description

【职位职责】
- 负责波分产品的软件研发工作；
- 负责项目各子系统的设计、开发、维护工作，提交合格的软件工作产品；
- 具体岗位包括设备驱动开发、协议软件开发、应用软件开发、嵌入式系统开发等。 【职位要求】
- 计算机、通信、电子信息等相关专业本科毕业三年以上工作经验，硕士毕业一年以上工作经验；
- 熟练掌握C/C++语言，具备实际的项目工作经验；
- 掌握操作系统基本概念，了解Vxworks/pSOS/Linux中至少一种系统，对操作系统内核有一定认识；
- 对于常用的通讯协议（如TCP/IP，OSPF、PPP等）有一定理解；
- 熟悉OTN/WDM等光网络技术，对OTN原理有一定理解的优先；
- 良好的沟通和协调能力及团队合作精神。
