## Job description

### 高速互联架构规划
- 主导AI整机柜服务器高速互联架构设计与技术路线规划,制定面向PCIe Gen6/Gen7、112G/224G以太网等方向的中长期高速互联技术路线图。

### Cable Tray与高速Cable方案设计
- 负责Cable Tray总体架构、长度预算以及机柜级Cable管理与可维护性方案,在性能、装配与运维之间取得最优平衡。

### 高速连接器与Cable组件技术研究
- 主导高速连接器、DAC/AEC等关键器件的技术研究、选型。

### 高速链路SI设计与优化
- 负责高速互联链路分析与优化。

### 客户需求理解与技术竞争力建设
- 对接头部客户需求,将业务场景转化为技术规格;通过行业洞察与竞品分析,形成公司高速互联差异化竞争力。

### 任职要求

1、电子、通信等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、8年以上高速互联 / 高速连接器 / Cable 产品开发经验 3、AI服务器、大型服务器、交换机或高速连接器行业背景 4、精通以下一项或多项: （a）高速串行链路设计:PCIe Gen5/Gen6、Ethernet 400G/800G、InfiniBand、NVLink （b）具备高速信号完整性理论； （c）具备高速Cable和连接器设计； （d）熟悉 ADS / HFSS / CST / / HyperLynx 之一 5、具备超节点服务器项目经验；来自头部服务器厂商 拥有高速互联相关发明专利、标准提案或行业论文等优先；
