## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 牵头负责项目电气或暖通专业重大技术问题处理和提供技术支持，推动技术问题解决和关闭；
- 担任重点数据中心项目电气专业负责人或项目技术总监，负责数据中心项目端到端的技术交付（组建技术团队/审图/合同及设计交底把关/施工工序制定/施工技术指导/施工质量/调试/测试验收指导/问题销项推动等）；
- 牵头团队内专业技术人员的能力提升，制定培训计划，带头提升技术能力；
- 支持工程投标工程方案输出，支持服务工时定额制定与估值；
- 制定数据中心电气系统施工质量标准和指导书，在网项目产品问题处理等。

### 任职要求

1. 国内外院校全日制本科及以上学历，英语CET-4及以上，具备一定的抗压能力； 2. 4年以上数据中心工程交付工作经验；了解数据中心端到端交付流程，熟悉数据中心电气或暖通设备，具备设备安装、上电、调试、检查、二次回路改造指导及割接方案输出等能力； 3. 熟悉数据中心行业规范；熟悉数据中心电气专业设计图纸，具备审图能力； 4. 良好的沟通表达及逻辑分析能力，严谨而富有责任感； 5. 具有行业从业资格证优先，如建造师、PMP、注册电气、高低压电工证等。
