## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责新能源产品关键技术规划及产品架构设计；
- 参与新能源产品竞情分析，对相关产品的产品竞争力提升负责；
- 牵头组织研发降成本工作，对重点项目研发成本目标的达成负责；
- 牵头解决新能源产品、平台或技术开发中出现的重大问题；
- 参与相关产品、平台和技术开发的评审和决策。

### 任职要求
- 电力电子、电气工程、自动化、电化学、能源工程等相关专业，本科8年以上、硕士5年以上相关工作经验，具备电力电子设备制造或新能源领域企业背景者优先；

### 精通储能全栈系统架构
- 系统拓扑、能量调度、并离网控制、BMS&PCS协同、EMS策略、安规体系；深度掌握至少一类核心技术：电力电子（PCS）、电池系统（BMS/PACK）、能量管理（EMS）；熟悉国际国内标准、行业规范、并网要求、安全规范、消防要求等 ；
- 具备大型储能系统设计和项目落地经验，主导过集装箱储能/工商业储能产品研发，有从0到1产品架构设计经验；
- 有较强的项目管理、规划、需求开发与管理能力，具备较强的跨部门协作能力， 具备平台化、模块化、正向研发思维；具备良好的沟通表达与团队协作精神；
- 大学英语四级及以上，具备良好的英文读写能力，能熟练阅读技术文档，具备基本听说交流能力；

### 优先条件
- 具有头部储能/新能源企业研发总工/技术负责人背景，参与过国家/行业储能标准制定或重大科研项目者优先。
