## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 固态变压器SST功率模块产品需求收集、汇总、四看分析；
- 固态变压器SST功率模块产品规格定义；
- 固态变压器市场推广支持、研发进展跟踪；
- 固态变压器SST功率模块竞争力提升和产品迭代规划。

### 任职要求
- 电力电子、电气工程、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 具有5年以上功率变换模块开发经验，有SST设计背景者优先；
- 熟悉电力电子器件标准和器件选型；
- 熟悉固态变压器的基本组成；
- 具备较强现场问题解决能力，能适应短期出差；
- 思路清晰，沟通和表达能力强；
