## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责RISCV CPU芯片的生态规划，定义生态建设优先级；
- 对核心业务场景指定生态软件系统方案，指导生态软件建设；
- 布局芯片商业落地路径，发现和拓展潜在客户，攻关关键客户业务落地。

### 任职要求
- 计算机科学、软件工程、电子工程或相关专业硕士及以上学历，8年以上相关领域工作经验；
- 有芯片产品业务推广经验和生态建设经验，从事过鲲鹏devkit/boostkit/欧拉操作系统相关开发及设计工作；
- 熟悉多种cpu架构指令集差异，并具备相关软件迁移，针对指令集的软件优化方面的研究；
- 深度掌握gcc，llvm编译器相关知识，可以针对特定芯片微架构进行相关优化；
- 深度掌握python，jdk，v8，go，rust，fortran等一种或多种运行时优化技术；
- 熟悉数据库，大数据，存储，虚拟化，人工智能，HPC等主流开源软件原理，进行过相关领域深度优化工作并参与过开源社区贡献；
- 熟悉主流开源社区贡献，具有社区影响力，担任过SIG组maintainer等重要角色优先。
