## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责开关电源产品数字控制软件需求分析、方案设计；
- 负责数字控制软件设计、算法优化、故障定位和解决；
- 负责相关设计文档及其它技术文档的编写；
- 负责产品全生命周期维护工作。

### 任职要求
- 自动化、电气工程、电力电子以及控制工程等相关专业；本科3年以上、硕士1年以上相关工作经验；
- 从事中大功率变换开关电源行业工作，有开关电源开发经验；有SST/HVDC/巴拿马电源开发经验者优先考虑；
- 熟悉电源控制算法，有DSP/ARM芯片软件开发经验、精通C/C++语言；或有FPGA/CPLD软件开发经验；
- 具备良好的理解和综合分析能力，能与团队良好协同，有较强的自我驱动能力和抗压能力。
