## Job description

【工作职责】 非诉类职责：

### 牵头公司法律风险系统治理相关工作，包括
- 法律风险管理制度的系统梳理和完善、年度法律风险治理项目的推进、业务流程中法律风险控制点的设置等；

### 牵头公司法律风险专业管理相关工作，包括
- 法律风险量化评估模型的完善、法律风险可视化地图的呈现、法律风险治理数字化工作的推进等；
- 开展法律研究、法律培训、业务赋能等工作；
- 负责其他公司、体系、部门交办的法律风险处置工作。

### 诉讼类职责

1、对接案件/纠纷/法律风险事件处理，保持对法律相关业务最新变化的了解，并据此推动法律风险相关制度流程的更新； 2、负责处理公司其他法律纠纷和突发事件。 【任职要求】
- 法律或经济、贸易、财税等相关专业背景，通过法律职业资格考试者优先；
- 本科3年及以上或硕士1年及以上公司法务或合规岗位工作经验；
- 具备风险管理、流程管理、项目管理、数字化工具应用其中一项或多项相关经验者优先；
- 英语可以作为工作语言者优先。
