## Job description

【工作职责】

### 线索研判
- 协同内部调查团队，对内外部侵害公司利益的线索进行甄别研判，制定打击策略并主导落地执行；

### 司法打击
- 负责违法犯罪线索的移送评估与刑事报案，主导证据固定、材料移交，全程配合公安、检察机关的侦查取证与案件协查；

### 案件闭环
- 跟进涉案人员追责处置与经济损失追偿，独立对接当事人家属、代理人等外部相关方；

### 风险治理
- 通过案件复盘深挖制度流程中的管控漏洞，参与并推动风险归口部门完成整改闭环； 【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，法学、侦查学等相关专业，已通过法律职业资格考试； 2、3年以上一线办案经验，曾独立主办或深度参与经济犯罪、职务犯罪等刑事案件，具备公安经侦、刑侦或纪检监察、反贪等实务背景者优先； 3、原则性强，保密意识和抗压能力突出，能适应国内各地出差； 4、具备扎实的访谈突破、数据分析及法律文书撰写能力，跨部门沟通协调能力强； 5、具备良好的团队协作精神与成熟的团队合作经验。
