## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责高端项目全周期运作，从线索挖掘、立项、客户高层对接、需求调研、方案引导、招投标支持、商务谈判到项目落地全流程运作，主导重大项目攻坚；
- 负责数据中心高端解决方案编制、技术交流、方案宣讲、可研/初设/投标文件编制，具备方案差异化与对抗能力；
- 深度掌握头部竞争对手产品、方案、价格、打法、商务策略，确保项目中标；
- 参与行业标准、白皮书、标杆案例打造、支撑公司品牌提升，拓展高价值客户；
- 提供高端售前赋能，协同产品、供应链、交付等团队，保障项目高效推进。

### 任职要求
- 电力电子、电气、自动化、暖通、新能源、通信等相关专业，本科及以上学历，5年以上数据中心行业全职售前经验；
- 精通数据中心全链路方案（供配电、制冷、弱电、消防、总包集成），能独立输出整体方案，具备注册电气工程师与注册公用设备工程师（暖通）者优先；
- 深刻理解行业政策、技术趋势、市场格局、竞争对手体系、市场项目商业模式；具备亿级数据中心项目独立运作经验者优先；
- 具有较强的团队协作精神，较好的协调和沟通能力，有较强的主动意识；
- 熟练的英文听、说、读、写能力；
- 能够接受出差（6-7个月/年）。
