## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 跟踪算力芯片行业最新动态、产品与技术架构，与硬件团队一起进行软硬件协同设计，包括系统架构、流处理器架构、任务调度、Cache 架构、内存层次、同步机制等
- 负责AI加速芯片异构软件栈的方案设计、开发交付和性能优化和生态建设，包括Host侧驱动、Runtime；芯片设备侧任务调度器、Firmware
- 负责AI相关工具方案设计和开发，包括系统管理诊断工具、profiling工具等

### 与芯片设计和算子团队紧密合作，优化AI算力、提升系统性能 任职要求
- (1)重点院校计算机、人工智能、软件工程、电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历，8年以上工作经验 (2)熟悉算力芯片架构，具备5年以上AI芯片异构软件栈设计开发经验 (3)具备优秀的代码能力和系统调试能力，具备全栈性能瓶颈的定位与分析能力 (4)具备出色的项目推动力、跨团队协作能力、自驱力强，能够主动跟进AI领域的前沿技术
