We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised. ### Job Summary Marketing PM (Recon), reporting directly to and supporting the Marketing Manager, is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive and effective Recon product plans, programs and budgets aligned with regional segment strategy to meet ZBK’s sales profit and top-line growth objectives and to optimize market opportunities across Korea nationwide. He/She manages the new recon product launch process, clearly defining pre- and post-launch strategies and tactics and closely tracking launch executions on country level. ### Principal Duties & Responsibilities Product & Service, Process Excellence (40%) - Manage product portfolio and PLC to enhance leading position in the market - Improve product launch effectiveness through co-work with RA/QA/MA team to drive timely new product registrations and reimbursement price applications Co-work with ZBI team to develop best-in-class and differentiated local Med Ed programs. Cooperate with Operation team to meet the CapEx and E&O target Customer & Commercial Excellence (30%) Ensure effective sales support execution to achieve growth rate above market in Recon and ROSA orthopaedic segment. Take initiatives for segment-specific marketing activities and salesforce training. Increase customer engagement and strengthen positive brand experience through continuous efforts in terms of Customer First value. Financial Results (30%) - Achieve financial targets (Sales Revenue, Gross Profit, Operating Profit) - Achieve segment-specific top-line growth above the market growth rate Expected Areas of Competence Strategical and result-orientated but ability to balance tactical work with strategic thinking and mindset - Strong ability to develop, write and present effective business and marketing plans, coordinated and closely aligned with overall marketing organization and Regional counterparts - Solid understanding of market needs, market trends, competitive forces, and new technologies Experienced in optimizing promotional activities and multi-channel promotions - Proven track record in managing a larger product portfolio and effective product life cycle management - Demonstrated to develop and set product strategy for top-line growth with well-articulated strategic objectives Experienced in conducting customer segmentation and targeting approaches - Track record in effectively running sales and selling trainings and workshops for sales and/or distributor teams Internal stakeholder co-ordination and cross-functional project management Good presentation and communication skill in both ### Korean and English Education/Experience Requirements Education - Bachelor or Master’s degree Experience Good understanding of the medical device (preferably orthopaedics) market environment through customer contact, literature, seminars and other educational programs.
