### Job Summary

The primary objective of the Senior Sales Representative- Recon is to ensure attainment of sales objectives by providing excellent service and advice to current customers within an assigned hospitals / clinics / surgeons, whilst also leveraging new and existing business with the aim of growing market share.

### Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide account management and maintain good rapport with customers to ensure attainment of sales objectives
- Build and establish relationships with key decision markers to grow sales and market share
- Liaise with Sales & Marketing Manager to identify business growth opportunities; develop/execute sales plans
- Assist surgeons and nurses in the use of instruments and products in surgeries
- Work with Operations/Distributors to ensure the delivery of complete instrument and implant to customer/operating theatre
- Conduct product training/workshops
- Actively participate in product training/workshops to enhance product knowledge and surgical techniques
- Study relevant clinical articles/information to enhance knowledge and provide relevant advice to internal/external customers This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions".

### Expected Areas of Competence
- Good selling and interpersonal skills plus pleasant personality
- Strong focus to drive sales
- Excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed

### Education/Experience Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Life Science/Science
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales to hospital
- Experience in scrubbing / clinical support in an operating theatre environment is preferred Physical Requirements Travel Expectations EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
