## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 根据集团统筹安排，面向刚果（金）相关项目提供中法双语口译、笔译及跨文化沟通支持，涉及行政、人力、外联、财税、物贸、ESG等业务方向。
- 负责会议、商务沟通、现场交流及对外联络等场景的中法双语翻译，确保信息准确、完整传递。
- 负责业务函件、制度文件、报告、会议材料及其他相关资料的中法文翻译、校对、整理和归档。
- 协助中方团队与属地员工、合作伙伴及相关外部机构开展沟通协调，支持项目日常综合管理工作。
- 根据岗位分工及项目实际需要，协助行政、人力、外联、财税、物贸或ESG等相关业务工作。

### 任职要求
- 具备良好的中文和法语口笔译能力，法语能够满足日常工作、会议沟通及文件处理需要。
- 具备良好的沟通协调、信息整理和跨文化协作能力，能够准确理解并传递业务信息。
- 具有海外项目工作经历，或具有行政、人力、外联、财税、物贸、ESG等相关业务经验者优先。
- 具备良好的职业操守和保密意识。
- 能适应刚果（金）项目派驻工作，具体派驻项目及工作安排根据集团实际需要确定。
