## Job description

任职要求
- 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能快速熟悉海外业务场景及当地财务规则；
- 对集团海外并购业务有一定认知，具备前瞻性思维和业务拓展意识；
- 愿意接受长期外派，适应如非洲（如刚果金）、南美等地区的工作生活环境；
- 财经类相关专业背景，具备扎实的财务专业基础，满足海外工作语言需求。 工作职责 以培养海外项目财务负责人为目标，外派统筹海外项目全盘财务工作，包括不限于搭建适配国际准则与当地法规的财务体系、开展账务核算 / 资金管控 / 税务合规等各项财务工作。
