## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 承担相关科研项目工作，培养团队。
- 积极参与研究所内科研项目，从产业化角度给与相关建议和指导。
- 与设备厂家、生产企业对接，推进产业化落地项目。

### 教育背景
- 硕士及以上学历，化工、材料类专业优先。

### 工作经验
- 具有5-8年相关行业工作经验，主导过铜、锂、银、硒、碲、钼（以上包括但不限于）等高纯原材料及功能材料相关项目研发工作。

### 专业技能
- 具备中试线/产线设计、生产调试等相关经验，熟悉化工设备。

### 能力素质
- 具有团队合作精神，团队培养意愿。
