## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 协助团队开展固态电池产业链关键材料合成、催化剂制备、金属空气电池开发等；
- 独立开展产品表征、性能测试等工作；
- 参与技术讨论，并就行业动态进行深入调研，提供创新思路；

### 有效完成文献检索和技术材料的总结 任职要求
- 硕士以上学历，专业为材料、化学、化工等相关专业；
- 了解新能源产业相关材料合成工艺，清楚表征手段及电化学测试等，了解通用材料合成设备的操作；
- 了解行业发展趋势、产业政策、产业生态等市场信息；
- 企业研发工作经验者优先考虑。
