## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责磷酸铁锂电化学研发工作，推动技术创新与产品优化
- 管理大型盈利工厂的研发项目，确保研发成果转化为实际生产力
- 深入一线生产环节，解决生产过程中的技术问题，优化生产工艺

### 指导团队开展研发实验，分析实验数据并撰写技术报告 任职要求
- 1. 硕士及以上学历，相关材料专业背景，正高级技术职称优先； 2. 10年以上磷酸铁锂或锂电正极材料研发经验，善于带团队； 3. 熟悉正极材料制备及性能测试，了解行业现状及产业政策； 4. 具备一定工程化与数据分析能力，拥有相关成果输出； 5. 有产业化经验者优先。
