## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 掌握冶金工艺，完成（锂矿）火法冶金/铜火法/生物冶金其一以及相关设备的研究现状和发展方向；
- 承担科研项目管理。包括项目立项计划、组织、过程控制、项目质量、成本控制、成果总结等；
- 推广和转化研究成果。促进科研成果工业化。

### 任职要求

1.冶金相关专业，硕士学历，具有5年以上工作经验；或具有中级及以上社会职称。 2.冶炼背景，具有有3年及以上冶金研发工作经验，能够独立开展工作。
