## Job description
- 负责线体工序工位的排布，按照工艺路径进行工站优化
- 负责线体制造周期的改善策划，通过工序线平衡优化、快换、节拍调整等不断缩短制造周期
- 负责线体工艺工时的测算、线体用工核算，监督不合理用工的改善
- 协助PIE&研发等进行合理的工艺设计、提出工艺工时优化和自动化改善建议 1. 2027届本科及以上学历，工业工程类等相关专业 2. 211-双一流院校及以上优先 3. 具备较强的组织协调能力，统计分析能力、抗压能力，工作勤奋
