## Job description

岗位职责

设备工程师
- 制定和执行设备仓库的管理计划，提升运营效率
- 管理设备的库存水平，优化库存周转率，监督设备的出入库操作，确保流程高效且无误
- 对接设备管理系统（EPMS），实现设备库存的数字化管理
- 与采购和维护部门合作，优化设备的采购和维护流程
- 处理设备仓库的日常事务，如设备调配、紧急维修等
- 定期评估和改进仓库管理流程，降低运输成本

任职要求
- 主导完成至少2项设备管理系统优化或升级项目
- 通过EPMS系统优化设备管理战略，显着提升设备管理效率
- 设备仓库的突发问题处理及时率达到90%以上，因设备调配不及时或紧急维修不及时导致的业务中断次数较上一年度减少10%以上
- 培养至少1名工程师，提升团队整体技术水平。至少完成2次对在线设备管理经验对相关岗位进行培训分享
- 制定设备日常管理文件/MOI，对常规性的异常做出原因分析和维修，制定对应的防呆对策
- 保持与跨部门岗位沟通，主动确认与收集设备使用过程中的效果和问题，能及时沟通处理现场异常，降低因设备管理带来的生产延误，同时建立相关案例及对相关人员培训
