## Job description
- 负责高速光模块的硬件设计与开发工作；
- 参与项目需求分析，制定设计方案并完成详细设计文档；
- 进行硬件测试与验证，确保产品性能符合预期标准
- 电子工程、通信工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 具备2年以上高速光模块设计经验，熟悉光模块的工作原理及技术标准；
- 具有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够承受一定的工作压力
