## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责日本公司的日常行政与运营管理，保障日本公司业务平稳、合规运行。
- 根据公司业务发展需要，开展行业信息调研，推进对外合作及资源整合相关工作。
- 负责日本公司与国内总部、各事业部、生产基地及子公司之间的协调对接，确保信息与资源高效流转。
- 承接上级及公司领导交办的其他专项工作。

### 工作地点

前期浙江总部短期培养后，外派日本。

### Requirements
- 全日制本科及以上学历，化学、化工、材料等理工科专业背景优先；具有日本留学经历者优先。
- 日语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言。英语可作为辅助工作语言者优先（CET-6 500分以上 / 雅思 6.0 / 托福 80分以上，或具备同等商务英语听说读写能力）。
- 高度认同公司文化，工作认真细致，具备良好的时间管理能力和跨部门协同能力。
- 乐于对外开拓，精力充沛，责任心强，兼具逻辑思维与同理心。
- 熟悉并尊重不同国家的法律法规及风俗习惯，具备宽广的国际视野和出色的跨文化沟通能力。
