## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责协助产品经理完成产品规划、开发等具体执行工作，确保产品顺利推进并达成既定目标。
- 负责产品全生命周期数据分析，包括市场容量、边际贡献、盈亏平衡等财务指标测算，定期输出产品运营分析报告。
- 协调研发、生产、销售等部门推进产品改进项目，跟踪项目进度并评估改进效果。
- 围绕产品改进质量、降低成本、提高利润率等目标，与产供销研财形成内部协作团队，创新流程，提高产品运作效率。
- 完成上级和领导交办的其他工作事项。

### Requirements
- 硕士学历，化学工程与工艺、高分子材料等相关专业。
- 具有大学英语六级（CET-6）及以上证书，能熟练阅读化工行业英文文献及市场分析报告。
- 具备基础财务知识，熟悉产品利润率、投资回报率等商业分析模型。
- 具有化工实验室或市场调研实习经验者优先，了解常见化工产品应用领域。
- 逻辑清晰，具备优秀的跨部门沟通能力和项目管理意识。
- 具有敏锐的市场洞察力，够掌握产品发展动态及竞对动向。
