Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machinery. Licensed journeyman or above Ability to read a caliper, micrometer, and various other measuring instruments. Ability to track preventive maintenance schedules. ### Strong time management skills Preferred qualifications Ability to weld and fabricate. Knowledge of record and file keeping Computer and Microsoft Office skills including: Excel, Outlook and Word About the Industrial Maintenance Technician II job Pay, benefits and more: We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability, and the opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan. ### What you’ll do on a typical day Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex systems and equipment in one or more assigned areas. Perform electrical work, run conduit, pull wire, make final connections in electrical panel, motors, disconnects etc. Troubleshoot electrical problems in all equipment. Plan new installs, order supplies, parts, equipment and materials for projects and programs. Respond to emergencies and callouts as required. Coordinate and monitor work of Maintenance Specialists and Maintenance Technician 1 to ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned projects. Operate specialized equipment and vehicles. Demonstrate the Company’s core values and comply with all Company policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Industrial Maintenance Technician II are required to: Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally Safely walk and stand for extended periods of time in a facility that is not climate-controlled. Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel.
